I bought a used Nissan Sentra for my son at Star and was told this car was in great shape, within a month of owning this car I had to replace the engine in it and when I called up about this problem they said ""oh well you didn't buy the extended warranty"" I was also told that all the scratches were being buffed out to make it look better and the first time it rained, the colored wax that they used came off and exposed all the scratches I was told were taken care of. The General Manager, Manager and Service Manager were VERY rude and didn't care after they had already sold me this piece of crap. I would NEVER go back there, I would rather drive down to Kenny Ross before I would go back there.
