These guys are the best!!! They go above & beyond even if the problem isn't worth what they're getting paid for! For example I had lost my phone so until I got my replacement I had a prepaid backup well it been awhile since I used it but I didn't think anything of it till I put money on it & it didn't work. OK, maybe needs some time. A couple days go by still not working. Went to Ultimate... long story short they spent over 4hrs getting my backup back on line and they put in work cause it was not easy! I messed something up with the payment. I've taken a few different phones in to them that I've gone through & they always fix the problem & are really reasonably priced! They're like phone wizards ...Lol
