Review content:
The management is horrible! They changed my lease agreement 3 times including the pay. The floors creak and are terribly uneven. The kitchen is outdated. My bathroom had a hole in the ceiling with mold around it. It took them 4 months to fix it! I became so sick from it I had to go to the doctor because I couldn't breath! Have a doctors note and everything! When they fixed it, they covered it with a piece of metal..that is it. The woman who runs it is completely rude. When I told her I was going to hold out rent until they fixed the mold problem in my bathroom she threatened me with eviction. The price of rent changed twice! Their story changed multiple times. At one point my roomates and I were told that rent was due on a certain date and then we got a letter saying it had changed and now we were passed due and would have to pay a 50 dollar charge..this place was awful! I moved out after 2 months because of how terrible it was but continued to pay rent, when I found someone to sublease I told them the company that it was owned by and they backed out because of previous issues. I would never reccomend this!
Cons: everything, literally!
