Review content:
My wedding was this year and I decided to use Party Patch based on a recommendation from a friend of mine in the catering business. She bragged to me that PP (Party Patch) had the best prices in the city for all wedding linens and props. At first, I ordered all my table linens, lighting, and props from them due to my lack of wanting to search around to compare prices. I ended up canceling half of my original order because I was able to find cheaper chair covers, archways, and table runners with the assistance of my wedding planner. I was also disappointed in their selection of floral arrangements. I had to pretty much come up with a design for the florist and then was shown a very hideous sample made out of silk flowers; Jennifer informed me ""Now, you can't really go off of this sample because your arrangements will be made up of real flowers."" Hello! The point of a sample to to demonstrate what the actual arrangement will look like. I would never use them again and I urge that brides-to-be search the city before given PP any of their money.
Pros: wide selection of linens
Cons: high prices, poor customer service, poor communication
