Review content:
In the 3 1/2 years that we lived here, we had numerous problems with the appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, heating ducts, etc.) which were sub-par or even to the point of dangerous to work with. It was like pulling teeth to get management to switch to a newer appliance, which sometimes had problems as well. The head of the Maintenance Department was sometimes rude and unwilling to help. When we finally got the chance to move, they kept more than 40% of our original deposit as they claimed that some screens were damaged (a blatant lie). Also, they charged us for painting and filling in holes from putting up pictures -- just some normal wear-and-tear.
