Don t EVER use this store. I spent $152 to pay for packing and shipping materials for 2 boxes with fragile ceramics and glass that my husband received from the passing of his mother. The guy working looked at our boxes, said they were extremely well packed and should be fine with normal shipping. We did not know the values of the items so didn t know what to insure it for, and he said the way they were packed and marked, it shouldn t be necessary. We received both boxes in horrible condition - smashed, crushed, torn. And all items were not just broken, but SHATTERED, some beyond recognition. We have been trying to resolve this with them since May, but they keep blowing us off and not returning our phone calls. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I paid for a service, that I did not receive and they won t even give me my money back on what I paid to ship and pack the boxes. Pictures are on facebook of how mishandled and damaged the boxes marked fragile are. Multiple phone calls since May have been ignored. NEVER USE THIS STORE
