I WAS REFERRED TO EAST COBB GLASS. I CALLED THEM AND SET UP A TIME FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND MEASURE NEW FURNITURE TOPS. A MAN CAME OUT TO MEASURE BUT DIDN'T HAVE TRACING PAPER TO TRACE OUT THE EDGES FOR THE CORRECT FIT. HE SAID, MAM, YOU WILL HAVE TO SET UP ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO HAVE A PERSON COME OUT AND TRACE THE FURNITURE TOPS. TWO WEEKS LATER, A MAN CAME OUT AND TRACED THE TOPS. I ASKED WHEN I COULD EXPECT THE GLASS DELIVERY. HE SAID, MY TRUCK IS BROKEN DOWN SO, MAYBE THE LAST PART OF NEXT WEEK. NO CALL, NO DELIVERY. THREE WEEKS LATER, i CALL AND SPOKE TO STEVE. HE SAID, WELL WE HAVE BEEN BUSY WITH BIG NEW HOUSE JOBS. I SAID, CAN YOU DELIVER THE GLASS THIS WEEK ON THURS. AT 1:00 HE SAID YES. HERE I SIT AT 1:20. NO SHOW, NO CALL. I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR HIM TWICE WITHOUT A RETURN CALL.. THIS HAS BEEN A WASTE OF TIME. I WISH THAT I WOULD HAVE CONTACTED SOMEONE ELSE TO START WITH. WHY DIDN'T THEY JUST SAY THAT OUR JOB WAS TOO SMALL AND LET ME GO ELSEWHERE. NOW, I HAVE THREE APPOINTMENT TIMES WASTED AND STILL NO GLASS.
