I purchased $4,700.00 in the click and lock floating flooring from Wisteria after being talked out of the glue down T&G by the salesman. About half of the boards out the box were bowed and were difficult to put down. According to Wisteria, bowed boards are normal. Also, the click and lock I received was not the same as what was displayed on the sample rack. The floor crackles and is very noisy. An agent from Wisteria came to my house and immediately said it was a leveling problem, without examining the floor or the boards.
