I bought four new tires at vip last April, and now after only 16000 miles they are completely gone and need to be replaced. They were guaranteed for 40,000 miles and we also bought the additional insurance on them.
When we went to vip in Old Town, we were told that it was our fault because we had not maintained our car. This was not true and we had proof, but this did not matter, their only goal was to NOT stand by their product or service. The only defect in the car that they could come up with was a cloudy headlight! We contacted the head office in Lewiston and they did not even bother to return our call. We were treated rudely in this store, and staff had no intentions of ""making this right."" I would never buy anything in this store again it was a huge mistake to buy the tires in there in the first place.
