Review content:
When selling you a phone or service, they are fine. However, if you change your mind within the 30 day trial period, they will do ANYTHING to prevent you from doing that. They do what they want and say that Verizon is to blame even though we confirmed with Verizon that all was in order. They even charge a separate $200 cancellation fee IN ADDITION to Verizon's $300 cancellation fee. They don't tell you that when you set up service...It's literally in the fine print and they are all too happy to point that out to you after the fact. Verizon was not happy to hear about that. NO... they're not actually Verizon. They're just a 3rd party reseller that does anything they can to preserve their commission, even if it means sticking it to the customer. I've been burned and am now being forced to seek legal action against them to make it right. Jonathan, the manager, refuses to honor what Verizon arranged and he makes no apologies for it. If you're sold on Verizon, go to another location!
Cons: These people cannot be trusted!
