I have had nothing but problems with Time Warner. I've had both cable and internet problems and every time I call their tech support I have to go through this stupid voice automated system and then I still have to end up talking to an actual person (usually three or more) and each time have to repeat what the problem is. Also - you can't get Bravo! (Though you do get loads of stupid shopping channels and christian tv - woohoo.) I just canceled my account and it was the best decision ever. I'll wait until I move somewhere that has decent cable companies before I get cable again. Total waste of time. I went with Verizon for my internet and it's much better. I hope Time Warner goes bankrupt and soon.
