Review content:
Unfortunately, Time Warner has a monopoly over cable internet. Their customer service number can be busy for hours, then you can be put on hold for hours, only to get cut off and have to start over! There is NO complaint department and they have a don't give (*&^ attitude. Get a dish or DSL or clearwire or something that you won't need to deal with Time Warner...they need some serious competition. You been warned!
Pros: Internet speed is fair
Cons: bad customer service, sporatic outage, no tech support
