The proposal provided was thorough and detailed giving us the ability to understand exactly what was going to be done and how it was estimated. The workers were extremely capable and knew exactly what had to be done to complete the job. There were no hidden costs or surprises on items within the scope of the contract. Costs were even refunded when they discovered they did not need to do all the preparatory sub-tasks they would normally have had to do for a home of our age and status. He stayed in touch throughout the project. He was involved from start to finish, but never got in the way of the team doing the work. His personal attention throughout the project was both welcome and helpful. We are very satisfied with their knowledge and experience. They helped us select products and explained the differences in quality and price of the options we selected. The design team helped immensely to pull it all together from a couple of discussions and ideas to a gorgeous final product. We couldn't be happier.
