of course I waited too long to comment so I can't remember the service manager's name at the falls church location but WOW! I had an oil leak in a brand new can am DS 70 atv so I called. I wasn't too upset about the oil leak, it's a macine after all, but really did want it repaired as quickly as possibly so we could get back to riding....after all we had only had it for about 4 weeks. I'm not saying they moved me to the front of the line, but everyone in the falls church shop went out of their way to get my daughter's atv in and checked out. The repairs were a little more time consuming than I had hoped, they had to order a part, but it was back in a week, right on time and the repair was above and beyond (warranty work) to ensure the problem was addressed correctly the first time. Professional, courteous and genuinely concerned about customer service and representing in my case the can am brand. My best ATV service experience ever.
