I had the worst experience with this company. I ordered from them online. Three weeks later, no order and no information about when I would get my order. I called in and was told that I ""may get my order in 2 weeks or so"". I asked Brian to find out more information by calling his distributor and he tried to tell me that it was impossible to call his distributor to find out when he would be getting the order in - that they wouldn't be able to tell him whether or not his order had shipped yet.
He acted very irate, irrational and rudely to me. When I asked to speak to his boss, he told me that he's the manager and that he was going to cancel my order and then he hung up on me.
