Review content:
I dropped off 5 return packages with pre-printed ups/usps tracking labels and 2 (the most expensive items valued over $500.00 were never picked up by either mail services. The packages just disappeared somewhere at this mailing store and they tell me that all outgoing return packages go out promptly but when I went to ask more questions, I noticed that all the outgoing packages customers had dropped off were all piled up by the front door and would have been easy for anyone to just take. I sat in my car for 8 minutes before someone appeared from the back of the store to the front counter so I know someone just walked in and stole the packages without the owners even knowing or caring. Do Not go to this place, very sick about the lack of security ! I am out $500.00. Always remember to get verification from the mailing shop that you dropped it off for pick-up otherwise the tracking # is useless if it disappears in the store before ups or usps even get a chance to pick it up!
