Utah doesn't have a great rap for being beer friendly. Well, Salt Lake have quite a few breweries for being a dry state. A majority of them are downtown or in Park City but a few are in the valley. Bohemian and Hoppers being in Midvale and on the same road. I've been by there quite a few times. The place looked ultra new. And very ""chain"" like. The interior looked liek it too. No character. All new and very stripmall oriented. Service was nice. People where nice. And the beer wasn't bad at all. The food however was below average. It tasted like it was out of a can. It was like going to TGI fridays with fresh brew. I'll stick to the more ""real"" breweries like Squatters or Bohemian. Pros: OK Beer, Clean, Easy Parking Cons: Out of the way, Bad Food, Not Unique
