Review content:
My husband was asked to be in the line for his brothers wedding in Moab. We have used the SLC Mens Wearhouse with outstanding results multiple times. I know they do complementary fittings so I scheduled one at the Layton Mens Wearhouse. My husband brought home the measurements so I could sent them to his brother to order the tux. As I looked them over they where incredibly inaccurate. He said the girls where rude and the one taking the measurements had a black eye and her face was swollen and she wouldn't talk. She looked like she had gotten beat up or trampled by a horse. They where also rude about doing a complimentary fitting. We later found out that the engaged couple chose Menswerhouse to rent the tuxes from. I sent my husband in a second time to get re sized and to order the tux. They where rude again, the person took measurements again and saw the initial measurements where way off. My husband tried on their fitting jacket and at that time told them it was way too big. He said at least take in the stomach. The manager Jenny mumbled snydley, ""We can't all look like Ken and Barbie""... Nice attitude!. We had a member of the wedding pick up all the tuxes and meet us at the wedding in Moab. At the wedding the soles of the shoes where not completely attached. They where like reverse flip flops that where very embarrassing especially walking down the isle. I didn't see the jacket until the photos came out. My husband looks like he is wearing a obese mans winter coat. He emailed the general headquarters and received and email over a month ago with a confirmation and an open case number. I called the store, talked to Jenny the manager she was incredibly rude, immature, Took no responsibility for the mishap did not apologize but told me it was our fault she wouldn't even hear the full complaint, It has only been 4 weeks since the incedent and she told me it's too late, I told her my husband got an email saying there was an open case and she disregareded it. Bottom line, They can't measure, They are rude, unprofessional, and immature. I would never ever ever use them.
