I don't know what happened when people who went there in recent years but I went there tonight and it was CRAZY busy but the customer service was great, fast, courteous and super! Staff was right on top of everything and the ice cream was great! I love the ""old fashioned"" feeling. It's good to know these days, that businesses (especially one since the 1920s) can last that long and thrive. Keep up the great work, great service and AWESOME ice cream! HUGE scoop (ONE) for a very reasonable price in comparison with other places.
