If you need something today and you don't mind coughing up the bucks, this place could work for you. Some of these guys are probably cool, but in general there seems to be confusion behind the desk and rudeness towards the customers. Prices are insane for parts! Order online if you have a couple days and you'll definitely save. Tune ups start at like $80 and go up from there. On a chainsaw? Dude. I hate to say it, but for that price I'd almost buy a Poulan and just run it into the ground! Good luck!
