Review content:
I have terrible credit, resulting from a very extensive identity theft that I caught too late and is still in the process of unraveling. Acme financed me anyway, which I appreciated: the rate wasn't great, but I didn't expect it to be. Their service is phenomenal, though: they always answer their phones, are quick with answers to your questions, and willing to work with you. Recently, I had foolishly postponed payment until the day it was due and was planning on walking in with a check when work emergencies erased my available time that day. I called them, prepared for the worst, and they told me there was no problem, no fee, just bring it in sometime the next week. With so many credit companies being hardnosed about deadlines, I was really grateful for the extension. I'm definitely talking to Acme the next time I need a loan.
Pros: Service, availability of credit
Cons: Office hours are standard business hours, making it hard for 9-5 types to walk in
