He really has a lot of useful advice. He takes a little while to get to know but he is helpful with many useful methods to help with a lot of anxiety issues. He has a lot of experience and seems to really listen and is able to understand what is needed! He will give me choices about different courses of action and work with me until I find the one that works for me. I highly highly recommend him!
