I had a very Similar experience. This buisness uses a shaddy form of returns on items in that they only allow store credit. They are only very happy to tell you that, after you return to the store with the item and not at checkout. Even the few stores that do this online warn you before you finish cecking out. Due to the expensive nature of items there, store credit does not allow you to get what you need, holding up hundreds of dolars in store credit to buy things you don't need. I had a similar experience with boots, they were supposed to get me the size I wanted and when they could not, they got very upset and asked me to leave the store, They Got Upset not me. They claim to always know exactly what boot you need but fail to listen to the customer. I give them a very poor customer rating. You will not feel good about your purchase there, especially when it turns out to be a 550 dollar mistake.
