We found Roofing Specialists and based on reviews decided to e-mail them when we discovered a leak in the bathroom coming from the bathroom vent. They called within the hour and set up an appointment for the very next day. Dave arrive first thing in the morning and in an hour had given me his assessment, repaired the leak and gave a rough estimate on the off chance the roof would need a more extensive repair job. I received a bill and before and after photos of the problem by e-mail the next day and a detailed estimate, should further repairs be necessary. A credit of 50% of the original payment would go towards this repair. All in all very pleased with the prompt, courteous and professional service provided by this company on what must have been a very busy day given the 2 days of torrential rain!
