MY PHONE CALL TO FIND OUT IF RAY'S CARRIED A CERTAIN PRODUCT WAS VERY REWARDING AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID CARRY THE PRODUCT OF WHICH I DIDN'T HAVE THE NAME CORRECT , BUT MONIQUE ASSURED ME THAT THE NAME OF THE PRODUCT SHE HAD GIVEN ME WAS WHAT I WANTED. WHEN I VISITED THE STORE I WAS QUITE IMPRESSED WITH THEIR LINE OF PRODUCTS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT GETS 5 STARS FOR EVERYONE WORKING IN THE STORE. NO GRUMPY ATTITUDES AT RAY'S AND THE STORE IS FILLED WITH BUSY- NESS. HOW REFRESHING TO BE TREATED AS IF YOU ARE THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE.
