I have gone to Kreuz Market for the past 10 years. Some of my friends (now transplanted Houstonians) have been going there even longer. We have been loyal patrons but not anymore! Each of us have experienced rude behavior over the last several visits from their employees and the owner (all separate visits by-the-way). On my last visit several weeks ago, the owner was so rude to me when I took 3 undercooked links back that I will never grace their door again. He complained that he would not be able to recover the money from the links and that I had to order them ""dry."" Here's a question to all the loyal folks that eat there.....since when have we had to order the links ""dry"" to ensure that they are cooked? BOO! No wonder his sister won't even talk to him.
