We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I lived there from March 2011-March 2012. They do their best to keep the place looking good, and the office staff are easy to get along with. If you love Fios, you are out of luck; Bright House is the only choice. Events are often and they keep you informed of other things to do in the Kenwood/Downtown districts. If you're gay or a friend of the gays, you are in good company, plus you are a walk away from Alibi. Neighbors are kind and the security guards are kind to even hold the door for you if they are just feet away. Do know you are on the borderline of Historic Kenwood and the not-so-nice part of U.S. 19, so renter beware if that's a deal breaker. I didn't mind, but my BF did.
