They employ lazy and unqualified plumbers that spend most of the day drinking starbucks and sitting on the couch. Furthermore, some of their plumbers are simply rude and incosiderate. They borrowed my tools without asking and did not return them to where they were found, and they were not respectfull of the owners property as well.
If you decide to go with Phillips, MAKE SURE that your bid is very detailed and includes all of the verbal agreements. When we received our bid we asked if they could do the duct work also. They said that they could include it because they bid the job high and it would not be a problem. When we received our bill they had added on over $1500 for the duct work that I know only costed them $1000. They have been difficult to work with and I would not recommend them to anyone!
