OMG HORRID HORRIBLE.... Violating and rude...
I dont know how to say this, JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... ANYWHERE. These guys do NOT care about their personal relationship with you nor any VERBAL communications. WITHOUT NOTICE they opened my unit and placed a lien on my belongings. I have been with them for like 5 YEARS. I made the mistake of visiting my unit and opening it for the first time this October. NOW they say I am unpaid since October (despite cash payment in person) and NEVER even wrote to me.. Cant they send an email or make a phone call? Perhaps mail a regular bill to the same address they mailed the certified letter to?? Contract or not I expect courtesy and they are simply in this for the money and don't care which way they get it.
