Review content:
i was in the car spa today on bay area blvd in webster for an inspection. when i got back into the car i immediately noticed that my GPS system was stolen. it was right in the center of my dash--there was no way i wasn't going to notice it immediately--i was shocked that someone would be so brazen to steal something so obvious. the manager left me waiting for 20 minutes and came back to tell me that he had talked to the guys working on the car and none of them knew anything. and then he sat there like he expected me to say, ""oh, okay--never mind then."" but, at that point i decided to call the police. the officer spent over an hour interviewing employees and talking with the manager, but of course no one knew anything. the management was so unconcerned about my situation--he was like, ""well, how do i know you had a GPS when you came in today?"" it was unbelievable to me that one of his employees could have stolen something from me and he was obviously going to just let it go. i left there feeling powerless and ripped off.
Cons: dishonesty, bad management, no responsibility for their mistakes
