Review content:
This shop sure knows how to take advantage of people, though I understand historically under former owners it was never like this. Hubby forgot my birthday and our usual shop couldn't make the delivery that day, so he went online & picked this place only due to the close proximity to home. A typical green plant ended up costing $90 from an advertised $60, which is still ovepriced for the product. When I wrote to complain the owner was very condescending, only offering to replace the plant but obviously not intending to lose the sale no matter what the cost to his reputation. My response to that remains unanswered, not very responsible or ethical. The floral business is taking a big hit due to the economy, but that's no reason to try & make up the difference by overcharging what customers you do manage to attract.
