...only to have me gasp my second time back. My wife and I had one great experience here. So the owner of my company and I decided to invite some key clients for a holiday gathering. Well, I couldn't feel more disappointed. The private room was poorly appointed...no paintings, no decorations, no plants. The wait staff was excellent, the food was adequate, but the management was horrendous at customer service. When faced with a billing discrepancy, instead of trying to reach resolution, management chose to be completely unaccomodating. While they ""hoped this didn't leave a bad impression,"" they did nothing to improve the impression, instead treating us rudely. I feel duped and embarassed since we went there on my recommendation.
