Review content:
I live in a two bedroom, two bath apartment in Summertree. So far, I have experienced a very friendly staff. The apartment in itself is awesome! I love my garden tub in my master bathroom. Summertree has very convenient waste disposal, carwash station, gazebos and grills all over the grounds accompanied with picnic areas, and a nice sized swimming pool. This is the first apartment that I have lived in where they allow grills on your balcony. It is a very quiet community that I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home.
Pros: Apartments are very spacious and the grounds are kept well.
Cons: Outdated appliances
