Review content:
The food is always delicious, the atmosphere lovely and comfortable, and it's a nice place to relax and catch up with friends. We love sitting at the bar or out on the patio, but on a cold night the fireplace and booths inside are great too. I always have the fish entrees and they are consistently delicious--not sure why the editorial review says to skip them but to each their own. Suzanne Goin has always had an amazing way with fish and delicious Mediterranean-style cooking, using olives, preserved lemons, tomatoes, and spices in a unique but accessible way. My only complaint is that their grilled cheese sandwiches (bar food) are not nearly as good as Campanile Grilled Cheese night, but other than that Lucques is fantastic.
