Review content:
I recently got my dog groomed at Ruff Cuts. At first the people working there were very friendly. After picking up my dog I realized that not only was he not groomed the way that I specified (I told them to ""clean him up"" and he came out completely shaven), but his attitude had also changed along with his haircut. Before taking him there he was an innocent, sweet, cuddly little puppy. After his experience there he turned into an aggressive and almost violent (he started to bite people, which he had never done before) dog. After a week of his aggressiveness I decided to call and complain. The lady that I spoke with was very nice and told me that the owners were out of town and that they would contact me the following tuesday when they got back. Tuesday came and went and at that point I decided to call back again. By now it was 2 and a half weeks since his grooming appointment and he was no better behaved. I finally got a hold of the owner and explained my situation. He then proceeded to tell me that I was lying about when I brought him in and picked him up and that I told the groomer that I needed him finished within an hour and a half (completely a lie!). He told me to email a picture of my dog, which I did, and that he would call me back. A week later I still hadn't heard from him so I sent my mom into the store to speak with him (I live in Arizona so it's not possible for me to go there). He was incredibly rude to her. He told her that SHE was lying and that he had talked to some of my dog's previous groomers and that they would never accept him again because he was a mean dog (so not true!). He told her to leave the store and never come back and that if she told people not to come back he would contact a lawyer on her for slander (he doesn't even have her name, ha). I then called my previous groomer and they no longer have records of my dog and they told me that even if they did they would have never told them because it's unprofessional and inappropriate! The moral of the story is that I was completely disrespected several times by these people and they are completely unprofessional and rude. I will never go back there!
