Review content:
I went to a concert last night at the Hyundai Pavilion. The concert was great but the venue was terrible. The security staff was extremely belligerent and unhelpful. The planning for the event seemed to include only a plan to bilk the concert goer of as much money as possible. I bought ""premiere"" parking and the signs when I arrived were barely comprehesable. Then after following the ones for ""premiere"" we were told that our premiere was some where else, but of course we could ""up-grade"" for another 10 bucks. This bait and switch had been pulled on most people who bought parking before-hand and followed the signs. To top off the 30 dollar parking the 77 dollars for the concert and the 13 dollar margarita's (after you are stripped of you right to bring any thing in with you except 20 onces of water) the securities kept people pinned in by the stage without the ability to get water for hours. I saw several people pass out, and the musicians kept calling for water to be given to people the area by the stage which got to around 110 degrees. The night ended when the ""security"" -having provoked concert-goers all day with their Gestapo attitude- decided to pepper spray the crowd and we were almost trampled. The Hyundai Pavilion and the Security company should be SUED!
Pros: The Concert
Cons: Everything Else
