Can't give a star at all but it requires me to --it's undeserved. My mom recently had her A/C go out. She is frail, elderly and diabetic. We bought her original A/C unit here and it lasted less than 5 years. So knowing they were the ""only ones"" in Oshkosh to have this type of A/C (sleeve?) we ordered another one for her. We were told they would deliver Tues. -- they did not. So we were told Thurs. Thursday shows up and because she couldn't get out fast enough to the front door (she lives in assisted living - long hallways) they LEFT --could you call?. They didn't even ring the bell!! She's sitting in the HEAT. When they did return, they brought a model we didn't purchase with paint on it. Is it used? No way to tell, I guess. If it wouldn't have left her with no A/C, I'd rip the damn thing out and bring it back to them.
