To give them one star is a travesty. The morons do not have a clue how to run a business. We booked them for our wedding transportation 5 months early for $1200.00. When I called to confirm our itenerary, they told me they couldn't ""find"" my contract. After I resent them confirmation of the signed and sent contract, they all of a sudden said they were going to charge me an additional $700.00 because ""they made a mistake""!! After having to communicate with someone uneducated and barely speaking english for an hour about contracts and the law, they told me to F**k off and they would not honor the contract. These people are slime. Complete lack of business savy and customer service. I wouldn't trust them with my worst enemy. I'll see them in small claims court!!! Oh, BEWARE...they are now called Value transport. Sounds like they are hiding from their reputation!!!
