Review content:
I hired these people and they failed me from start to finish. Their sales rep needs classes in customer service and an attitude adjustment. They cancelled my bus and refused to refund my money. The only way to get my money back was to call my bank and dispute it. I ended up taking them to court. Buyer beware!! Terrible service!
Cons: customer service was horrible and management was even worse
