Review content:
They do provide a good product. The installation did have some problems but Luke, for the most part, did his best to try to resolve the problems. The installers stepped on the lid of a freezer chest and the freezer had to be replaced but Luke saw to it that it was replaced.
Day one of installation the installers showed up at 10:30, not quite sure why that happened but the other days they were here pretty much when they said they'd be here.
The largest picture view window developed a crack on the inner pane. Luke did see to it that it was replaced ASAP but it did take a long time for the window to get to Cheyenne from Denver (Luke said cold weather and no other deliveries from Denver to here during that period may account for most of the >30day delay from time received in Denver to installation date 2 days ago.
Overall I'd recommend Luke and Elegant Exteriors for windows.
