terrible service. rude employees. clothes covered in animal (?) hair after ""cleaning"". clothes returned with NEW STAINS after ""cleaning"". simple stains declared impossible to remove without even trying. crooked creases. pants only halfway pressed. unreasonably expensive.
my family has been in the dry cleaning business for nearly two decades. i know a good dry cleaning job when i see one - and i know what it looks like when people don't care and just rush a garment through the process without any concern for the final product. i know the difference between a stain that can or can't be removed, and i know when a place takes any time at all to try and actually clean something. i've given the mall dry cleaners three chances to do my suits and shirts even halfway decently. as far as i'm concerned, they've completely struck out. i would not recommend that you give them a chance.
