I am very disappointed in Healthy Pet Center, or better yet, CAPP. If you want to adopt a pet, it would seem you only need one requirement...RICH! First you have to fill out a very lengthy application, then they make you wait many days as they review and even call past vets to check to see how ""perfect"" an owner you've been (if you have previously or presently own animals)... They not only expect all animals to be up to date on shots (at least this part is partially understandable even though I know people who DONT do it, and THEIR pets live 15-17 yrs). But they ALSO expect you to take ALL your animals for a once a year ""physical"". If you haven't, they will DENY your app ! It doesn't matter if you're home most of the time, or have always had animals, or have a VERY LOVING home to give to an animal. I thought ""those things"" were the MOST important... but I found out the hard way after I got denied. I have never had to fill out one before because my cats lived a good 14-16 years, and I was VERY much looking forward to a couple of kittens. I was very sad at this turn of events, so if you must, I guess now you know how to answer the app if you want a pet. Pros: None that I can think of. Cons: Have pets you can't adopt...
