We have gone before and loved the food. We went this passed Saturday with our 3 kids, 6, 4 and 13 months. BElieve me we wouldn't take our kids if they were bad out. We got there early(5:00 PM) we figured we would beat the rush. We wait to be seated. 2 waiters and 2 hostess asked us how many before finally the 4th person seated us. Right away we got the feeling they were not happy we brought ours kids there. We sat and got our water, then waited and got bread, then waited and waited and waited. Right next to us they seated a table of 2 couples. Within five minutes a waiter was there taken their drink order. OUrs wasn't taken yet. We then asked the bus boy to get us a waiter. A waiter came over and right away he said he was not our waiter but would get us started with a drink order. So we order three sprites, and 2 appitizers. Again we waited and waited and waited. The table with the two couples had gotten there drinks and there appitizers. Another table came in, 4 adults. They had there drink orders taken and we saw they had gotten mixed drinks. Still no sprites. Another table sat right next to us, an older couple once they got there drinks we asked the bus boy again for a waiter. Another one came over.............to take our drink order. At that point we were there for an hour with the 3 kids who didn't even make a peep and not even a drink. Needless to say we lost our patience and got up to leave the manager came over to ask us the problem. He didn't seem like he cared much and offered us coffee on the house. I told him he was crazy I was there for an hour with no soda there was no way I can sit long enough to wait to get to dessert. So we walked out. I thought Mama Lombardi's was a family resteraunt. We got the impression that was not the case. I couldn't comment on the food because we saw nothing. But I will NEVER go again or recommend it.
