We have been taking our vehicles to Pessemiers Complete Automotive for several years. They are a conscientious, locally-owned business that we can trust. We have used them for general maintenance and various other services, and usually choose them instead of the dealership. In fact, I will sometimes purchase parts from the dealership, and have Greg Pessemier do the work. This usually saves a lot of money.
I think that when you patronize someone for many years, you really get to know them. Pessemiers have always serviced our vehicles properly, and we trust their judgement. When a service works well for you, and you can trust the people performing the work, you go back. We simply feel comfortable leaving our vehicles there.
You can tell that the Pessemiers run a clean and order business. Their waiting room is always in order, never cluttered and dirty. I am very particular about never parking under trees, and though there are several tress on the Pessemiers lot, they always honor my wishes and never park beneath them. The personal touch is something you can't get from big business. We will continue to use Pessemiers in the future.
