The front passenger side of my vehicle was damaged and needed to be fixed, all the way down to the right front axle. I left my car there to attend training in california and was assured that it would be completed by thanksgiving (when my training was completed...this gave them seven weeks to do what they called a ""simple"" job). i made flight plans to fly back to great falls on thanksgiving and was told that someone would come in to let me retrieve my car on black friday. well i called the monday before arriving and they had forgotten about me flying in and had made plans to go hunting on friday. furthermore, the car wasn't even completed yet and i had to wait until the following monday at 3pm to finally get my car. all in all, the company failed to keep me in the loop on the status of my car and even forgot about my situation on three occasions..oh yeah, 100 miles out of town my wiper fluid light and coolant light came on. It was sitting in their garage for two months and was full when i turned it in so that was the final nail in the coffin...spend your money elsewhere!
Pros: none...there are plenty other body shops that are more professional
Cons: didn't keep promises and didn't keep me apprised of my situation
