I do have to say 'Peet's', you have a repeat customer when it comes to hot chocolate. After drinking at Starbucks or the Coffee Bean and feeling nauseated from the sugar rush, Peet's seems know how to get it right without the sugar sickening feeling.
Pros: Excellent HOT CHOCOLATE!!!
Cons: Haven't tried anything else yet, so I can't comment.
