I highly reccomend NonStop Sports Club! After having my son, who is now 14 months old, I felt stuck and hopeless about losing the ?baby weight?. I hired Micah as my personal trainer and he helped get me back on track, motivating me, encouraging me and adapted routines that fit my hectic schedule. Micah has helped me learn how to eat healthier and formed my workouts into things I actually like to do. I honestly dont know how I would have gotten this far without a personal trainer. Having him makes me more accountable...he even checks up on me on our off days to make sure I?m doing my cardio:) His support has helped me lose 40lbs so far and I'm in better shape now then i was before my son! I have recommended several friends and family members to NonStop. Thank you Micah, your help is sincerely appreciated!
