Review content:
Wonderful, romantic, secluded, relaxing Shelter Island cottage. In reality, calling this cottage wonderful is an immense understatement. The beautiful grounds and the pond, waterfalls and two pools make for a surreal setting. Pristine throughout: I could have ate off the floor the place was so clean. The queen size bed in the master bedroom was made up with freshly scented and soft linens. The bed was comfortable supporting and firm too. The well appointed fully equipped kitchen had everything essential for our extended visit. The bathroom was stocked with all the things we needed for comfort too. Once I stepped into the open-air room I knew I was going to cherish my experiences in the cottage: the glass doors were so clean it was if there was nothing between me and the outdoors (though I had them all open most every day). Just a 2-minute stroll brought us to the semi private beach, the sunsets every night blew us away and we have taken so many pictures we are very grateful for digital cameras. We walked on the beach and swam every day we were on Shelter Island. We were more than satisfied with this Shelter Island rental from the very start to our last minutes spent in the cottage. Nicest vacationing cottage I've had the pleasure of renting. Two weeks here were heaven and I just did not want to leave.
