Review content:
The first time I contacted this company, someone was supposed to come out and give me an estimate but the salesman kept calling to ask "could he come later" and then just stopped calling. I had to follow up on this call and finally the owner came himself and then e-mailed me an estimate, which I thought was fair. I placed an order for two gates that were ultimately installed to my satisfaction BUT only because I persisted in checking on my order. It had apparently fallen through the cracks and several attempts at contacting the company via e-mail received no attention. It was also difficult to reach the company by telephne since I kept getting a recording that said "we appreciate your business". Finally I got to a "James" and he followed through.
