My mom came to visit me in the city today and we decided to give Brauhaus a try for lunch. We can walk there and we have been meaning to try it since it opened. I ordered a sandwich with pork and sauerkraut, mom ordered potato pancakes, and my husband got the smoked trout sandwich. The pork on my sandwich looked very upappetizing from the jump so I decided to use a fork to get a taste. It was awful. Tried the sauerkraut and it was equally disgusting and I love sauerkraut so much I could eat it for breakfast. Before I could say anything, husband declared the trout sandwich inedible. My mom finished her potato pancakes but said it was because she was really hungry. I would never go there for anything other than beer.
